Passionate and involved in automotive design for 20 years, I discovered the profession of functional safety and its multiple facets through the various projects on which I worked or supervised teams. What I like about RAMS studies is that our work touches on all the disciplines of the engineering profession: system design, HW electronics, SW, mechanical sizing, ergonomics, etc. Depending on the subject, we do not call on the same skills; we are therefore continually enriched! At Seres Technologies, I immediately felt that dynamism and expertise were the levers used to stimulate development: it's extremely motivating!
As soon as I graduated, I turned to risk management by joining INSA CVL. In my 3rd year, I specialized in Safety of Operation in the transport sector and it is quite naturally that I did an internship on the realization of a risk analysis for a tramway operator. My career in the field of Operational Safety was thus launched. 12 years later and after 2 enriching experiences for Bombardier and Alstom, I decided to join SERES Technologies in order to participate in the development of the company in the field of Railway Safety. And one can say that it is really motivating. I found everything I was looking for: various and varied projects, dynamism, listening, good atmosphere, personal enrichment...
