Seres Technologies and Heliatec joined Gorgé in 2012 and 2021 respectively. Through these structures, Gorgé offers a variety of services in the fields of engineering consultancy and risk management. Seres Technologies is an engineering company specialising in risk management, safety and the design of complex systems. Initially specialising in the nuclear sector, Seres Technologies has extended its field of action to support a wide range of high-stakes industries such as mobility, defence, hydrogen, manufacturing, etc.

Founded by Lionel Reversat and Richard Piras in 2008, Seres Technologies has gone from strength to strength, and now has more than 250 employees working across France.

Founded in 2001, Heliatec has been restructured by Lionel Reversat who has injected new dynamics and set a clear course for the company.

Heliatec Ingénierie provides HSE prevention and risk management solutions, particularly during routine maintenance, technical shutdowns, site modernisation and new constructions. Heliatec Training Services offers a huge and diverse range of training courses. By combining these fields of expertise, we are able to offer a holistic approach to safety and security management, at each and every stage in the life cycle of industrial projects.

For more than 80 years, Baumert has been designing high-performance door and partitioning products and systems that meet the strictest safetý standards and norms, to offer optimal protection against any type of risk. 90% of the doors installed in the 58 reactors in France were installed by Baumert, the company that also regularly oversees maintenance work through its local branches. Baumert works with EPR, AP1000, WWER and ITER technologies, and also addresses international markets.

A subsidiary of the Gorgé industrial group, Calogena offers an innovative and promising solution for decarbonizing and extending district heating networks. Calogena is developing a small modular reactor (SMR) specially designed for district heating. This project represents a major step forward in the decarbonization of district heating. The Calogena module, with a thermal capacity of 30 MW, can supply energy to 20,000 low-carbon households. Calogena is supported by France 2030. The French Nuclear Safety Authority (ASN) has ranked Calogena at the highest level of maturity among French SMRs. The French High Commissioner for Atomic Energy (HCEA) ranked Calogena at the forefront of French SMRs in November 2024.

Exail Technologies, formed from the merger of ECA Group and iXblue in 2022, is a high-tech champion specializing in navigation systems and maritime robotics. The company is listed on Euronext Paris.
